Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Lisa graduated and earned a B.A. degree in Advertising from Penn State University. She moved to Charlotte in 1994 to work for Belk Store Services in the buying, planning, and merchandising departments.

Lisa then transitioned into the legal world by managing her husband's Criminal Defense & Traffic law firm. After her husband retired from practicing law, Lisa brought her 13 years of legal knowledge and experience to RTS Law Group. Lisa's organization and consistency is second to none.

For over 30 years, Lisa has taught dance along the East Coast. She travels frequently to judge various regional and national dance competitions. Lisa values time with her family by taking trips to the beach and also watching her son play football.
